Terms of Use
By using the Geosmin Weather app ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Weather information
The app presents weather information from public sources, including NOAA and the National Weather Service, together with radar imagery processed by Geosmin. Forecasts are predictions and radar may be delayed. Do not rely on the app for decisions where safety is at stake. For warnings and emergencies, follow official government sources and local authorities.
License
Geosmin LLC grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or use the app's services in an automated way that interferes with their operation.
Subscriptions and devices
Subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms, and unlock features on the device that purchased them. If you attach an email address to a subscription, it may be used on up to five active devices at a time; the least recently used device is signed out when a sixth is added. Attaching devices at an unusual rate may pause further linking until you contact support. We do not cancel a paid subscription ourselves; refunds and cancellations are handled by the store.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geosmin LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the app or the information it presents.
